The "Kiwami" course allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of Hakata, and begins with three appetizers, followed by a variety of dishes such as aged mentaiko, Hakata's specialty tonkotsu gyoza dumplings, sesame mackerel, and 808 mixed salad.You can choose your Hakata motsunabe from among flying fish dashi soy sauce, rich miso, or light umami.The final course is champon noodles or rice porridge, and to finish off, Itoshima milk ice cream awaits.It comes with a souvenir of mentaiko and is a luxurious treat.
