The "Kiwami" course allows you to fully enjoy the delicious flavors of Hakata, and begins with three appetizers, followed by a variety of dishes such as aged mentaiko, Hakata's specialty tonkotsu gyoza dumplings, sesame mackerel, and 808 mixed salad.You can choose your Hakata motsunabe from ago dashi soy sauce, rich miso, or light umami soy sauce.The meal ends with champon noodles or rice porridge, and Itoshima milk ice cream awaits you at the end.It comes with a luxurious souvenir of mentaiko.
